Cydne Kimbrough

Ms Williams was born February 22, 1977, in Baltimore City to Ms. Sandra L. Kimbrough, and Bishop Antonio Williams.  She has 2 sisters and a brother. 

Ms Williams is the Program Director of TransAm, an initiative of the Baltimore Prevention Coalition.  TransAm is Baltimore's pioneer African American Transgender Health Prevention/Education Program. The program is designed to be a Prevention/Education health and social resource for African American Transgendered persons in Baltimore City.  Ms. Kimbrough also travels extensively advocating for transgender concerns, and administering the TransAm Transgender Empathic Competency, (TEC) training workshop.  

A lifelong resident of Baltimore City, Ms. Kimbrough is a member and Membership Chair of the Maryland Community Planning Group for HIV Services (CPG), Community Co-Chair, Regional Work Group for Central Maryland, (RWG), and Vice Chair, Baltimore Black Gay Pride, Inc. (BBGP).  She is also a local actress, singer and community advocate.  

Ms. Kimbrough is currently seeking a degree in Public Health, with a focus on amedical degree in Anesthesiology
